We only collect what we need to teach you well and to run our school. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Super Easy is the controller of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What we collect
When you book lessons: your name, your email address and, if you fill them in, notes about your level or goals. Payment is handled by Stripe: we see that a payment was made, in euros or US dollars, but we never see your full card details.
In the student portal: your email address (to send you a one-time login code), your lesson balance, the lessons you request and their times, and the study materials we share with you.
When you contact us: your name, email address and message, or the messages you send us on WhatsApp.
When you sign up for our newsletter or request a free resource: your email address (and your name if you give it), so we can send you what you asked for.
During and after lessons: lessons take place on Zoom. We keep notes on your progress so we can plan your next lessons.
When you visit the website: see section 6 (cookies and statistics).
3. Why we use it
- To provide the lessons you booked: planning, teaching, study materials, the student portal, booking confirmations and invoices (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal obligations: keeping invoices and payment records for the tax authorities (legal obligation).
- To answer your questions and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it (legitimate interest).
- Newsletter: only if you signed up. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe option, or just reply and ask us to stop (consent).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who helps us
Our teachers can see the information they need to teach you, such as your name, level and lesson times. We also use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Stripe: payments
- Supabase: database for bookings, the student portal and messages
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security
- Resend and Google (Gmail): sending and receiving email
- Zoom: online lessons
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages, if you contact us that way
- Google Analytics: website statistics
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In those cases the transfer is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account, lesson history and progress notes: up to 2 years after your last lesson.
- Invoices and payment records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Messages that do not lead to a booking: up to 2 years.
6. Cookies and statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It places analytics cookies. We use it only for statistics, not for advertising or personalized ads.
We also count page visits ourselves, without cookies. For this we store the page, the website you came from and your country. We do not store your IP address: it is only used to make an anonymous daily count. Your country is also used to show prices in euros or US dollars.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website keeps working without them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or limit its use, to receive a copy, and to withdraw consent you have given. Send your request to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the authority in your own country.
8. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). You log in to the student portal with a one-time code sent to your email address, so no password is stored. Only we and our teachers have access to student information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
